How it works....

How it works: 

  1. Set up an initial 30 minute phone session to discuss your history and your fitness and wellness goals.
  2. Purchase a heart rate monitor at your local sporting goods store.
  3. With Anita's guidance, develop a fitness plan for the coming week.
  4. DO the plan! Record what you accomplished.
  5. Email Anita your Fitness Calling summary sheet, a record of the fitness steps you took that week, prior to the next phone session.
  6. Call Anita at your scheduled time for a 20 minute session to discuss your progress, any obstacles you had, and a plan for the coming week.
